This assessment evaluates your organisation's AI readiness across seven foundational pillars. It is based on established maturity frameworks used by leading consultancies and adapted for practical use by business leaders.
Each pillar represents a critical dimension of AI capability. Together, they provide a complete picture of where your organisation stands today and what it takes to move forward.
| Pillar | What It Covers |
|---|---|
| AI Strategy | Whether AI is aligned with business goals, with a clear vision and adoption roadmap |
| AI Value | How you identify, prioritise, and measure the return on AI initiatives |
| AI Organisation | Your operating model, resourcing, and structural readiness for AI at scale |
| AI People & Culture | Workforce planning, change management, and organisation-wide AI literacy |
| AI Governance | Risk frameworks, policies, and oversight structures for responsible AI use |
| AI Engineering | Technical architecture, build-vs-buy decisions, and platform maturity |
| AI Data | Data readiness, governance, and observability to support reliable AI systems |
You will answer three questions per pillar (21 in total). Each answer maps to a maturity level from 1 (Ad-hoc) to 5 (Optimised). Your responses are scored to produce:
- A maturity rating per pillar, so you can see strengths and gaps at a glance
- An overall AI readiness score, benchmarked against a five-level maturity scale
- A personalised roadmap with specific, actionable recommendations for each pillar
There are no right or wrong answers. The goal is an honest snapshot of where your organisation is today, so the recommendations are genuinely useful.
